Senior Program Manager / Project Manager

EverBlue is seeking an experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and Activate implementations, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale, complex projects on time and within budget. Candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP and Activate implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation and report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

SAP Finance Consultant (FICO)

EverBlue Partners is actively seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in various SAP® Finance roles. As a Finance Consultant, you will be a key driver in the success of our SAP Finance Project Implementations, contributing significantly to the achievement of our organizational goals. Successful candidates will bring expertise in SAP Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Tax, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Assets, Real Estate, Record to Report (RTR), and more. This presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their financial processes and business requirements.
  • Conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops.
  • Evaluate critical design choices, analyze available options, and present compelling recommendations to guide client decisions.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP Finance solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure the SAP system aligns with business requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to both internal and client teams.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other SAP and non-SAP consultants to ensure the integration of end-to-end processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Stay abreast of SAP finance module updates and adhere to best practices.
  • Design and generate financial reports using SAP reporting tools. SAC knowledge desirable.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of financial processes.

Managing Partner

Managing Partner:  EverBlue Partners LLC seeks Managing Partner. This position is fully remote and can live anywhere in the United States. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems or Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or related. 3 years Industry and SAP experience in a leadership/management role.

 

Managing Partners at EverBlue can travel up to 75% of their time. When not traveling they work remotely from a location of their choosing, more often than not a US-based residence.

 

Job Duties:                 

 

Executive Roles:

  • Build Relationship with partners and customers
  • Responsible for building the Direct-to-Consumer Practice from implementation to support
  • Develop and support an SAP technical team
  • In collaboration with EverBlue executives define go-to-market strategies

 

Technical Roles:

  • Lead Retail initiatives supporting customer with local and global position with high quality and timelines.
  • Lead Architect for the designing of Global Point of Sale systems and its interface to cross functional application.
  • Providing expertise in store/POS solutions and processes.
  • Integrating POS with SAP/ERP systems (SAP Omni channel by GK/CAR/S4/ECC), both internal and off-the-shelf software.
  • Contributing and working on mapping data with SAP PI/PO middleware.
  • Assisting customers developer and partners with customization required with POS systems
  • Using but not limited to programming language like JAVA.
  • Assisting integration team with XML file mapping and work on solution of the interfaces across systems (SAP S/4, ECC, SAP CAR, Hybris, Vertex, Global Blue, Crowd twist, Listrack).
  • Design Global Finance on reconciliation process along with payment gateway partners (world pay, Pay metric, Conaris , Ayden).
  • Contributing, coordinating, and providing support in all phases of System implementation using SAP Activate Methodology (Planning, Software Selection, Solution design, development, testing & user training).
  • Resolving complex business, system, change management, and program delivery challenges.
  • Assisting in FIT/GAP analysis and provide customization/workaround solution recommendations in order to achieve the desired business objectives on the proposed requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of POS, CRM, and OMS etc.
  • Assessing current processes and redesign systems/process to drive improvement and implement changes to catalog management, customer interface design, etc. and be able to access and explain potential impact to business with C-Level executives.
  • Mentoring the support team and coordinating with them on new changes made to applications for seamless support.
  • Implementing business processes and process improvements for interface maintenance and production support.
  • Working with integrated teams within the organization and uses multilingual skills to collaborate and Train.

Will supervise 2 analysts. Additional subordinates to be added as new employees are hired to support business growth.

There is not a set travel schedule to a specific location as current business opportunities and worth with existing clients determine the need for travel. Below are the most common

scenarios for reference:

 

  1. Industry conference and trade shows – these events happen throughout the year; on average Managing Partners typically can expect 2 -3 weeks of travel to attend these events over the course of a year. This travel can occur domestically in the US or internationally.
  2. Internal team meetings – these events happen throughout the year and can range from team building activities to strategy meetings; on average Managing Partners can typically expect 2 -3 weeks of travel to attend these events over the course of a year. This travel primarily takes place between the US and Canada but has the potential to expand to other countries as the business continues to grow.
  3. Client visits – Managing partners are required to travel to client sites from time to time to meet with client executives and oversee the consulting team assigned to the client. The frequency of this type of travel is determined by the number of client accounts assigned to a Managing Partner and the nature of the consulting work currently in progress. It is estimated that a Managing Partner will travel a minimum of 3-5 days per month to assigned clients in a year. This travel primarily takes place between the US and Canada but has the potential to expand to other countries as the business continues to grow.
