Building community through shared values
At EverBlue, our vision is to humanize success.
Said differently, we are committed to building community through shared values, which is our definition of success. Even the EverBlue name itself is a reference to commitment (Ever) and our community (with ‘Blue’ representing the primary color of our primary partner SAP and a uniting through-line for our community).
Our values are – Integrity, Respect, Boldness, Humility and Excellence – and we summarize those that share our values as having ‘EverBlue DNA’…an essential condition for our community members. We recognize that simply listing our values is insufficient.
A clearer description of EverBlue DNA is:
1. Humans are beautiful and precious. We view that all humans are created with the potential for positive light and the ability to change the world for good. There is no greater tragedy than unrealized human potential. We view success as the realization of human potential.
2. Humans are meant to live and thrive in community. Human potential can only be fully realized by working with and learning from others. We are better and achieve more together.
3. We help – every moment of every day. We do not sell our services, our products or ourselves. If and only if our services, our products or our team can help and a commercial arrangement makes sense, then we offer an unparalleled positive experience.
4. We embrace progress not perfection. When in doubt we act. We celebrate and give space for learning. We learn little from life if we believe that we are right all the time. We believe that everyone, regardless of their level of experience, has something valuable to teach and learn and we view feedback as a gift.
5. We live our values and do what we say. Integrity for us is defined as fully embodying authenticity and honoring one’s commitments.
6. We respect and show kindness to all, without exception. Respect is the recognition of the beauty and the potential talent of the other person. Respect is demonstrated by active listening and honoring other’s time.
7. We value our positive impact on others above ourselves. The bold stand for what they view as ‘right’ based on their experience without fear. The bold place their values and their community above personal gain – always.
8. We act boldly and without ego. Acting bold means setting aside ego and embracing accountability, recognizing that self-improvement and personal growth are essential for building a better future. “We learn more from people who challenge our thought process than people that affirm our conclusions.” – Frank Sonnenberg.
9. We are humble and hungry. Humility is the thankful recognition that we all have limitations and need others to truly drive success. Humility requires embracing vulnerability with joy. We hunger to serve others and make a lasting, positive impact everywhere we go.
10. Boldness and humility must be taken together. Boldness without humility is arrogance and humility without boldness is not action-oriented. Our goal is to boldly act with humility.
11. We always move forward. Excellence is achieved by ‘raising the bar’ every day for ourselves and our community members. We never reach a final goal. Happiness is found in the journey.
As said, listing our values is insufficient – living them is. We are not there yet and never will be in full, but our target is still clear, and happiness is found in the journey.
I’m happy and thankful to be on the journey with this amazing group of humans!
Thank you all who believe in EverBlue, who strive to serve our customers, team, and community every day – and who truly make EverBlue, EverBlue!

Chief Executive Officer,

This was an incredibly refreshing read. I interviewed with EverBlue in Nov/Dec 2025 and met with several leaders. I felt this exact perspective interacting with them. In a busy world of client delivery, change and innovation I am impressed in how outward the element of humanizing is expressed in this article. This leadership resonates with me and is one everyone should be encouraged by. Thank you for sharing.
Best,
Jason Wright
