Senior Program Manager / Project Manager
EverBlue is seeking an experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and Activate implementations, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale, complex projects on time and within budget. Candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP and Activate implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
SAP Finance Consultant (FICO)
EverBlue Partners is actively seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in various SAP® Finance roles. As a Finance Consultant, you will be a key driver in the success of our SAP Finance Project Implementations, contributing significantly to the achievement of our organizational goals. Successful candidates will bring expertise in SAP Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Tax, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Assets, Real Estate, Record to Report (RTR), and more. This presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their financial processes and business requirements.
- Conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops.
- Evaluate critical design choices, analyze available options, and present compelling recommendations to guide client decisions.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP Finance solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure the SAP system aligns with business requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to both internal and client teams.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other SAP and non-SAP consultants to ensure the integration of end-to-end processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Stay abreast of SAP finance module updates and adhere to best practices.
- Design and generate financial reports using SAP reporting tools. SAC knowledge desirable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of financial processes.
